Saturday sees us take on Cranbrook in another crucial match for the club. It's crucial in the sense that we have yet to win a game this season despite some spirited performances. So we need to get things back on track. We have new players onboard and spirits are high. It's also a VP day and we are hosting several former players and guests from Cranbrook. Highlight of the lunch will be a raffle to support Michael Casizzi who is running the London Marathon next April to raise much needed funds for the Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice. The run is in the memory of his late wife Victoria, who sadly passed away earlier this year from cancer. As you know, Victoria was a much loved former first team physio and member of the Charlton Park community. Even if you can't make the lunch, please bring some money and donate to the fund raising effort.
